2025 ESG Achievements:

Environmental Leadership:

• Fleet-Wide Efficiency Technology: Fuel-saving equipment now operates across 100% of our 215 power units — reaching our 2028 target of 50% three years ahead of schedule.
• Fleet Modernization Excellence: Brought 54 new tractors into service equipped with APUs, cab heaters and state-of-the-art fuel-efficient technology, alongside telematics with driver coaching on every vehicle in the fleet.
• Anti-Idling Programme: Measured idle consumption across the fleet and cut it against a sleeper-cab benchmark, avoiding an estimated 634 metric tons of CO₂e annually.
• Cleaner Air Per Vehicle: Reduced per-vehicle air pollutant emissions by 10.4%, with nitrogen oxides down 10.5% and sulphur oxides down 8.2% per truck.
• Low-Carbon Electricity: 65% of our purchased electricity now comes from low-carbon sources across both operating regions, rising to 87% at our Canadian facilities.
• Complete Emissions Transparency: Published a full three-scope greenhouse gas inventory, with prior-year figures restated on corrected emission factors so both years compare like for like.
• Resource Recovery: Collected and recycled 9,087 gallons of used oil through licensed handlers.
• First Full Noise Survey: Measured both terminals, in-cab and shop floor, against occupational and municipal limits — all readings within the 85 dBA occupational standard, with every action arising closed within the year.
